However, to help individuals reach their full potential, we must also focus on higher education. Our approach integrates Gloria’s early childhood philosophy with support for high school, pre-college, college students, professionals, and entrepreneurs equipping them for success in college and their careers.
At Tellez-Zellet Enterprise, LLC (TZE), we provide high-quality tutoring and mentoring programs to individuals eager to succeed, regardless of their socioeconomic background. Scholarships are available for students applying for TZE tutoring.

Antonio N. Tellez brings extensive international experience in operations, engineering, finance, business intelligence, and results-based budgeting. He is currently a full-time professor in the Business and Entrepreneurship Department at Prince George's Community College (PGCC). Previously, he worked at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, D.C., and at Western Union in Miami, with headquarters in Denver, Colorado.
Antonio earned his B.S. in Science and Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, and he holds a Master’s degree from ESAN. He furthered his education with a Master of Science in Finance and an MBA from Florida International University (FIU), along with a Master’s in Applied Economics from the University of Maryland.
Antonio is passionate about education and believes that closing educational gaps can help address economic inequality. He is the proud father of three daughters, all MBA professionals; two reside in the NYC area, while the oldest lives in Virginia. Antonio currently lives with his wife in Maryland, USA..
Gloria Tellez holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional Federico Villareal. She also earned a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Towson University.
Previously, Gloria owned her own early childhood education business, where she passionately supported young learners. After taking a sabbatical year in 2023 to travel around the world, she returned to work at an early childhood center, bringing her enriched perspective and experiences back to the classroom. Gloria is dedicated to helping children during their formative years, understanding that early experiences can have a lasting impact on their lives.
